Gisella Alberici

Gisella Alberici is a partner in the firm’s property department.

Gisella and Joanna set up the law firm that is now Ratio Law Limited in 2010.

She mainly specialises in property finance (acting for lenders and borrowers).

Gisella also specialises in the acquisition and disposal of investment properties and development projects, having acted for a number of leading north west developers and national investment companies. Gisella also has experience of acting in the pub and restaurant sector dealing in the acquisition and disposal of pubs, restaurants and hotels.
