Andrew Carmichael

Andrew qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and has enjoyed a varied workload across his career located in Manchester and, for six years, in Sheffield.

At Ratio Law, Andrew predominantly acts for lenders (but often borrowers) in relation to property finance transactions.

Andrew also undertakes work for clients acquiring or disposing of commercial property and is also happy to assist tenants and landlords in relation to occupational leases.

In previous roles, Andrew has acted for several major occupier clients and supported corporate colleagues in the property aspects of corporate transactions.
