Joanna Norris

Joanna Norris is a director in the firm’s property department.

Gisella and Joanna set up the law firm that is now Ratio Law Limited in 2010.

She specialises in the sale and purchase of property (both commercial and buy to let/HMO residential), site acquisition and development work (including plot sales), property finance matters (acting for lender clients but also borrowers refinancing) and landlord and tenant transaction (acting for both landlords and tenants). Her current clients include a landlord with a large property portfolio, bridging lenders, property investors and house builders.
